How It Works:
The mailing is printed on authentic 30 pound newspaper stock ranging in size from 9” x 13” to 10.5” x 14” with printing on both sides.

The piece is designed to look and feel exactly like an industry-specific special edition of a large newspaper, for example “Real Estate Special Edition.” One edge of the paper is hand torn to simulate being ripped out of a larger section. Each side includes one major article and approximately 3-4 smaller articles around the edges (some continued from other faux pages).

The major articles feature 3 strong, prominent call to actions, including an 800#, direct line and website. A handwritten post-it note addressed to the prospect by first name is attached to the upper right corner of the”newspaper.” It simply says-“NAME, check this out, S” The overall effect—people think someone they know sent it to them.

The Tear Sheet is mailed in a plain white envelope with either a handwritten or manually typed address. Best of all, you can mail the entire piece for the cost of a single first class stamp!
